You have just joined as a financial analysts and your supervisor called you one day and said recently there have been much talk about LT cap and so forth. I am thinking that to do an article on this. With background knowledge, do some review for a journal.

In your last email to us, we got to know some of the concerns you have regarding our rowing machine. We understand that it is large in size and takes up a huge space in your gym. Actually, our rowing machine is hardy and it does not require any air-conditioning. Thus, you can be placed it anywhere, outside the gym, at the foyer or even next to the pool. This will make space for another treadmill in the gym, reducing the problem of overcrowding during peak hours.

As compared to treadmill, the rowing machine is able to cater to people of all ages, especially the elderly. The increase in the importance of exercising in Singapore has sprung the number of elderly people working out. This phenomenon is also seen in Fitness-Plus with members now extending across an age group that ranges from 20 to 60+ years old. As most elderly should not engage in ‘high impact’ activities, the rowing machine is an excellent tool to give them great work outs.
