Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. I am very excited to start the Gestalt Program. This program is exponentially based, and I will give me a stronger foundation of personal awareness, as well as greater insight into psychotherapy, and the process of change itself.

What lead me to enter this program before my masters, was the encouragement of an amazing psychologist I had the privilege of working with in Vancouver Dr. Bea MacKay. She first introduced me to the two-chair technique and the psychotherapy process. I am fascinated by the therapeutic process of change, and techniques that facilitate and inhibit this process.

My attitude as well, nonjudgmental can be substantiated by previous topics I have accomplished in my psychology endeavors. Mostly, dealing with specific sexuality groups has reinforced my understanding and openness to different values and personal choices, which for me would only be what most professors look for in their students.
