Executive summary
Ariau Amazon Towers was built based on the theory of oceanographer Jacques Cousteau who tried to protect the environment and the wild animals in the Amazon and the Ariau Amazon Towers was built on stilts on the treetops utilizing the technique of native Amazonians that did not destroy the original environment. This report uses the SWOT and PESTEL analysis to consider the sustainable management in the Ariau Amazon Towers. From the issues of the Ariau Amazon Towers to find out what solution the Ariau Amazon Towers have done. And how these practice influence both the guests and company. Otherwise, form the data and according to the sustainable concept to find out the challenges when Ariau Amazon Towers implement the practice.
