Felice Natale

Felice Natale is skulls older brother, he is a bully;"If Skull was a bully, Felice was a thousand times worse". He drives, one of the only cars in Aqua Traverse. Everyone know when they see the 127, that Felice is in town, all the younger boys try to avoid him because they are so scared of him.

Filippo often talks about someone called ‘The Lord of the Worms' to Michele, but until Felice finds Michele in the hole and Filippo calls him that, that he realised that Felice is ‘The Lord of the Worms'.

Felice is the usual person to keep guard of the boy.

When Felice find Michele in the hole, he pulls him out, throws him against the shed wall, and then takes him home.

Once they got back to Michele's home and him mum saw the state he was in, she grabbed him and hugged him, and even though Felice was trying to tell Teresa that he had found him in the hole, she was more focused on her son, she kicked him in the backside, hit him with a frying pan and yelled and screamed until papa and the old man walked in the door. And the three of them left. Pages 144 – 153

Felice is a very angry person; he is once seen by Michele, dancing around his car to the radio, in his underpants, which shows that he can be happy he just acts if he is really tough. But when it comes time to pick who will shoot Filippo, Felice doesn't have it in him to do it.

He doesn't really change much he is still rude mean and obnoxious. Felice does not develop much over the course of the book. He is a seen as a very mean character, but he is seen with very different moods when dancing around the car.
