2.0 Planning

2.1 enterprise development strategy planning

Enterprise development strategy plan is to achieve the company's long-term objectives of the practical plan, the strategic plan of the Chocolate Company will be described from the following: staff recruitment and training, product development and production, advertising planning, profit and investment returns, expansion strategy.

2.1.1 staff recruitment and training

In recruiting employees, the company must first clearly know the number of goals, job requirements, job description. Regarding training, we will be in the staff for a few weeks of training, training before entering the company's formal work.

2.1.2 product development and production
