                                          “VIKAS KI AUR”

Till now the HUL’s program is limited to entertain people on the basis of jokes, bollywood songs and focusing on delivering fun related activities. Now considering that it has already reached an audience of 37mn people it has already created a value. The strategy onwards I propose should be to grow in the current format only and clubbing the two activities together. As our target audience in divided into couponing and Kan Khajura Tesan, we can enjoy more participation from target audience if we club these two.

The target audience is mass consumers who are living in rural areas where electricity supply is also limited to some particular hours. We can introduce new variants in infotainment category by airing programs which can be directly accessible through smart phones with transceiver installed in them with intermittent advertisement of HUL’s product to create a deeper consumer connect. We can divide the geographies state wise where we will announce to air radio interactions with people of certain states during a particular time slot.

Initiating programs for educating school going children such as “Bal-Vikas”. Creating a channel where they can learn what they want to such as English, Social Studies or extract information through SMS about particular subject. Similarly as per different time slots we can air different radio shows targeting different audience such as housewives, farmers and children.

For farmers ,new technological advances in farming such as organic farming techniques, how to select better quality seeds and minimize operational costs. Along with this, introducing government schemes like subsidies given to farmers.
