Hello Team!

        I am excited to write to speak with you today about our exciting new product, “The Gas Replacer”!    As with any new product launch there are challenges to be faced, and I assure everyone that we are in this together!  I wanted to take a moment to encourage us all and briefly mention some of the advantages and disadvantages we will face.  

  • One major advantage we have is our partnership with an auto manufacturer.  This is our competitive advantage in an ever-competing business!  This partnership gives me confidence that we have stakeholders in our product that will help us succeed
  • Another advantage is the integration of “The Gas Replacer”.  Our product will work with approximately 50% of the vehicles on the road!  Additionally, we have the opportunity to have our system come pre-installed on vehicles from the factory.  I don’t know about you, but I think that means we can all feel safe with our job security!

I wanted to also touch briefly on some issues that may arise.  

  • We anticipate having installation issues when customers attempt to install the product on their own vehicles.  As a solution, we strongly recommend that every customer have “The Gas Replacer” installed by a professional shop.  We will also be providing sales representatives with sheets that will describe exactly which vehicles are compatible with our system.  Before selling the product to a customer, always make sure to check with the sheets to make sure you don’t sell The Gas Replacer to customers with incompatible vehicles.
  • Another problem we might encounter is with our manufacturing partner Filters Inc.  They will be supplying us with a filter that is crucial to the operation of the system, and we will depend on them if we experience larger than expected orders for our product.  Our connection at Filters Inc is Glen Dean.  In order to mitigate the chances of having a shortage of product, every sales representative must track their daily sales in a spreadsheet.  They will then send the spreadsheet to the sales manager who will compile the data and send it to Glen.  This will help Filters Inc. keep a log of how many orders we are taking and plan accordingly.  If anyone has questions or concerns regarding this aspect of the product, feel free to contact Glen.

External Stakeholders:

        I am excited to introduce an all new product we will be launching soon.  “The Gas Replacer” is a device that can be retrofitted to approximately 50% of the vehicles currently on the road.  This product allows vehicles that run on conventional gasoline to run on Biofuels such as Ethanol.  Given the recent the concern for the environment, and ever-increasing regulations for emissions, we believe that this product will be highly successful as it allows vehicles to run on clean and renewable energy sources!  In addition to this exciting news I would like to outline some advantages and disadvantages we have identified.
