Approaching a new agency for the first time should be initiated by email, followed up
by a phone call 3-4 days to a week later (enough time for them to read it but not enough time for them to forget all about it). This is true for agencies and for buyers.
The email is very important as it is probably the first impression they will have of SeaTerra.
Presentation is everything. I suggest you ask Alena for a few samples of her introduction emails
that have a combination of photos and text that give the right combination of information on Reserve
as well as the advantages for the agent. All this while trying to keep it short and sweet.
