Collective Group Reviews

An important part of our learning and growing experience must stem from our ability to analyze and reflect upon the groups that we have been members in. This reflection can define our understanding of the weaknesses both in ourselves and in the others within our group; and it can help to shape the way that we act in future groups.  Adjusting ourselves to compensate for our weaknesses, based upon an honest and thorough examination of our actions within a group setting, is one of most important thing when you are working as a team. We have been very lucky in this matter as all members of our group are very co-operative and hard working and everyone willing contributed to all the projects we have been assigned in OB class.

Individual Assessment:

Jyoti Singh: She is a great team member. Expresses great interest in the success of our team by evaluating ideas and suggestions. She is very flexible to work with and never complains about work division. Jyoti stays motivated from beginning to end of projects. She is very organized and manages her time very effectively. She works very hard on all of the group projects and her contributions to the assignment/projects are very unique and original.                         

Andrii Galai:         Andrii is really good at keeping the group focused on the project or assignment we are working on and never gets distracted by any off topic discussions in the group meetings. He has excellent time management skills and has always completed team assignments on time. He always seems to offer up a different perspective that none of the others have thought of. The only barrier he has is English language and grammar. He has to put a little extra effort than others who has good control over English language, apart from that he gives his 100 % to all the group assignments and is an excellent team player.

 Navish Chaudhary: He is a great leader. He is great to work with and always tries to be fair to everyone when we divide up the work. He is a natural leader, and has very good organization, and communication skills. He has great ideas and always strives to get everything accomplished. He influences and encourages other to set high standards and doesn't accept just any idea but looks for the best ideas. Navish has done an excellent job acting as the facilitator of team discussions.
