Ei is a first of it's kind product by Lady Gaga, specially made for the Mother Monsters Fans. Inside the dark package we find a golden egg which simbolizes a new life, a fresh start. The egg is a pagan symbol of the rebirth of the Earth in celebrations of spring and was adopted by early Christians as a symbol of the resurrection of Jesus. The bottom of the packaging has dead weight that helps the product to stay vertical which makes it more stable and absorbs a fall impact.

Other functional benefits of this package is the rectangular shape that makes it stackable and easy to ship through mail.

Ei by Gaga is a special edition product which is a full experience from the moment the fans receive the product. They receive a box completely black with a cross and the name of the brand, there is no other kind of information because it will break the artistic concept that the singer conveys in her products. The product itself is dipped in gold with a blood like red fingerprint of the singer. The egg is layed in a pile of dried flowers.
