A high price for allocating gases is dramatically increasing because of law of supply and competition between producers, and by doing so the government have plan to set a price ceiling on these gases, the decision will be decided by us, the "DOE Implementation Group". This will determine who will be first, second, and third priority. Even though gas prices is dramatically increasing there is a solution that will support the allocation of gas, no matter what the price of gas is set to it is an inelastic product that people will still demand for, so what we are trying to do is to stop the increase of these gas prices. We have decided who are going to be first, second, and third priority by how it will benefit the people, public safety/police, farmers, and business are the priority that we have decided on.

We have decided public safety is first priority because without it community's will me terrorize even worse life will be lose. An example from Joe Gannon, Police Sergeant stated that "crimes will increase if police don't have gas to patrol neighborhoods and get crime scenes quickly. Second priorities are farmers producing goods, one of our needs for survival, which will cause a shortage and if there is a shortage it will cause the price on the goods to increase. An example from Arnold Ziffel, famer states that "our tractors, combines, and balers all need gas so we can plant and harvest our crops, and our trucks need gas for hauling. If you thought people complained when food prices were high because gas cost $5.00 a gallon wait until you hear when they can't even get food because famers can't get gas. This show that if famers don't
