In case of discounted food retailing, making right decision such as price cutting decision to cope up with the competitors is essential. Here we analyze different case scenario, forecast sales, conduct survey and analyze the information derived from the survey regarding consumer behaviors toward discounted food retailing and thus tries to find out the proper business decision for WM Morrison, which is one of the largest food discount retailer in UK, based on the given situation.
