D’frens is an organization which specialises in providing Team building and employee engagement solutions to the corporate. It offers a wide range of services to cater to these needs of an organization such as business simulations and outdoor/indoor activities. It also offers services centred on music to facilitate team building in a more unorthodox way, conducting drum circles being one of its many propositions. It has its Offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi/NCR, Pune and Goa.

The services are capable of being highly customized according to the need of the organizations, that being one of its major strengths along with the humungous portfolio of services that it has to offer to its clients. They have their offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi / NCR, Pune and Goa.

D’frens became the official exclusive licensee of Catalyst team building consultants for India, in August 2012 and seems to take extreme pride in the fact.

Services Offered

Out of the two verticals, one is Team Building Solutions which is provided through –

  • Business Simulations – where learning happens at a managerial level and is customized for Indian corporate. D’frens has 29 games under its belt.
  • Cryptic Indoor Games – such as Beat The Box which an escape room competition set between multiple teams aimed at improving team’s cohesiveness and intra-communication.
  • Music and Drumming activities – The major highlight of this segment is the highly participative and rudimentary nature of the activities.
  • Drum Circle – conducted 125 drum circles in the last year
  • Crescendo - Violin
  • Beats work – Upto five percussion Instruments in the drum circle
  • Harmonica Symphony – The USP being that the participants get to keep the harmonica with themselves
  • Boom Time – Plastic tubes are used as percussion instruments
  • Acapella
  • Symphony Of peers – Orchestral setting 
  • Outdoor Exercises – This segment mainly focuses on building activities and treasure hunts which the participants do as a team

The other vertical is Employee engagement solutions which are provided by services segmented into six different categories.

  • Culture and Values – Where the emphasis is on employees connecting with the organizational values through art and games.
  • Health and Wellness – Employee’s personal health and wellness is of the core importance in this segment with workshops ranging from “On-desk- postures” to Grooming sessions
  • Employer Branding and Communication
  • Family and Work life balance – This Employee engagement segment offers services like online games, family days and Kids at work days.
