Summary

Since the existence of mankind to today, people have produced something for either maintain their lives and strengthening thier emotions. These parodice appliances are sometimes things which used in daily life and sometimes these appliances have been used for garnishing, reporting thier existence,and for religous rituals. İt is absloute that these produced appliances have a rising source whyever they have been done. İt is an object at issue that why these appliances were made and whether these objects which produed by our ancestors and reached today are an art work or not. Before mentioning the questiong of ''Is it art or not'' the question of '' while an artistic object is being designed which way must be followed'' is important for us here. During desinging the targeted aim(aimlessness) has the property for determining for what this created object serve. Therefore the desing concept is an important concept in the artistich creating process. In this study, instead of making expressions only on the esthetic, art and design concepts, there is going to be mentioned about Harvey Cards Technique which helps us to choose consciously the source of rising, the method and the process while we constitute an object and will inspire us and will make us perceived about everything we see around us.
