Meal and Exercise Plan Project

My client Rob current eating habits are not good at all. His current diet includes a lot of calories, a lot of fats, very little fruits and vegetables, and a small amount of dairy products. And he also does not worry about serving sizes or portions either. He basically only eats three or four different things which include; frozen pizza, ramen noodles, spaghetti O's and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. His current calorie intake per day is well over 3,500. If he continues to eat like he is he will become even bigger than he is and will increase his chances of developing a serious health problem.
