Topshop is one of the leading high street fahion shops and has a lot of poularity in the younger generation, but what makes it so popular?

Topshop is what it is today mostly because of its stakeholders. The stakeholders influence th business dramatically . Stake holders can be anyone interested in the business.

One of topshops major stakeholders is its customers. The business aims to please the customers and live up to the customers expectations , in this case the customers of topshop expect high quality and value for money clothes and products. Customers like to see improvements to show the products are high quality and give tem better value for money for their products. Topshops customers always expect the latest fashion trends and to look good in them as they are paying for luxorious items of clothing. One of Topshops aims is to make the working conditions better for the people producing their products. So this also benefits the customer as they know the people who have made th clothes have been in a better working condition.

Another stakeholder that influences Topshop is its competitors. There are many highstreet fashion shops. One of its biggest highstreet competitors is river Island they are in competition over price and quality. They rely on the same type of customers but the difference is that river island has a larger target market (mostly young & women), for price river island is more affordable than top shop and has much to offer but for quality topshop has the better quality products. So topshop has achieved its objective of luxury products at affordable prices,and it is good value for money
