Executive Summary

In today's global world the environment of any organization constitutes of the people who belong to different cultural backgrounds. The techniques of cross cultural management helps to cater with the cultural differences as well as the challenges of managing employees in a diversified organizational environment.

The organizations that are open to the cultural differences in a multi-cultural environment can make more adequate decisions. The manager those who are equipped with techniques of managing cross culture can create a better working environment as well as the relationship between the employees. The managers should also, be open to learn various cultures so, that they can understand the psychology of the new turning up employees. One more thing that can be done is that the leaders or the managers can be given trainings for understanding the diversified culture those new employees bring into the organization.

Managing people belonging to different parts of the world in an office space is very common site now days. Major companies have a much larger perspective of growth during present times than ever before since the needs of modern client are quite similar all across the world. Evolution of management techniques has been parallel to globalization and one must know how to communicate in today's culturally vibrant work environment.
