3.1 Bad Customer Services

When customers are dissatisfied with a company’s customer service, it can have negative effects on the business. As such, business owners must identify and resolve bad customer service. There are a lot of complaints from customers that have an experience buying from Courts Mammoth. Most of them dissatisfied with their service.

3.1.1 Delivery Time

Courts Mammoth Company were promise to hold the items for maximum 5 days or less before to deliver that item. Most of their customers dissatisfied when they actually couldn’t make it to deliver on the promise date and time without notify their customer.

• First Case

They promise to deliver the bedstead to me within 3-4 weeks but I still did not receive it until date. It’s more than a month now. I tried to call the salesperson, and the salesperson was so rude.She asked me direct go complaint to KL HQ. Is this the way Courts pleased their customers? I really pissed off by the way they reply! SERVICE SUCKS

• Second Case

I m Lin and have also bought a set of sofa 1 year ago and a 3 years warranty period. The sofa was having problem and I have call Courts Mammoth 3 times last month 2 ask them to take back the sofa for repair but until now none has call to inform when they will collect the sofa. Very disappointing service. I will not buy anything from them again in future if this is the service they are giving.

3.1.2 Debt Claim

Most of Courts Mammoth customers will use credit as their payment scheme instead of using cash. The problems happen when the customer unable to pay on the right time and their debt collector will come to collect the payment and the worst thing when their debt collectors are rude to their customers. Many complaints said the courts mammoth hire a thug as their debt collector.

• First Case

This thing has happened to my family about 10 years back when I was only 12. My mom bought a sofa set with their credits, so that my mom was so busy and not able to pay for it in time. Two malay guys came to my house and asking for payment, this guys are mafia and I can see by their faces how evil.

• Second Case

Courts mammoth hiring thugs for collecting debts? This is what I experience a minute ago. A lady called and started mumbling you promised to pay but still no payment! Who am I owing to? She or Courts Mammoth? Firstly I am sorry for the delay in payment but Courts Mammoth should have properly trained staff to do collection instead of behaving like unprofessional fools and idiots. Please look into this seriously and please conduct in house customer service courses.
