Background
As you all know our company has been accused for sex discrimination against a female employee. It’s surprising to learn that one supervisor gets her job and reputation in danger to support her co-worker and the other goes as far as bad mouthing and fabricating false evidences to get rid of the employee. Below I have outlined the issues, flaws in the senior management approach and also my thoughts on how to improve the process and resolve the issue at hand.
Key Issues
1) The main issue is sex discrimination by a senior executive against one of his female subordinate.
2) Inappropriate employee selection/retention criteria (appearance instead of quality of work) by a senior executive.
