Humanities are the study or investigation of the natural human processes and social relationships. Humanities are also the studies of human condition, such as literature, history, and the study of art. The other modes of human inquiry are studies of non-human, such as natural science and mathematics. If it does not encompass the human condition, it is not generally classified as humanities. Today's society would be lost without the use and study of humanities. If humanities did not exist, the next generation would have no clue about how life was years ago without cell phone, electricity, televisions, and computers. Humanities will always be important in studying the evolution of culture and individuals. Appreciation of beauty, understanding of politics, lives, and ways of those who dealt on this earth before and those will come after in the study of research of humanities.

Humanities provide people with means from diverse environment and surroundings that possess common attributes to distinguish and be familiar with past that have or had in common linked with present their state of being, unlike others. Civilizations and cultures are a disadvantage and would not have the slightest idea about ancestor. The process of evolution is responsible for the current civilizations and state of affairs. Without humanities descendants would not have the slightest idea of how life was before their generations, as we would also not know-how our ancestors lived without present-day amenities and convenience.

Music has a strong connection through expression of emotions and ministering to others. There are different types of music for different cultures, and individuals. The most important thing about music is the connection with humanities is a concept outside the human to thinking within. Music is also popularized and available throughout the world because of the web. However, this caused losses to music industry because instead of buying DVD's people just download them free from the web.

The cultural event I have experienced is in music was The Love Train Old School 94.5 Concert at the American Airline in Dallas, Texas, on February 17, 2012. The concert had many artists, such as Barkays, Chaka Khan, Sugar Foot, The Ohio Players, The Mary Jane Girls, Confunkshun,
