This section illustrated most recent work force conflict regarding child care issue among the working parents. Employers are understanding their employee problems and trying help their labor force in their personal matter of child care by providing employer sponsored child care facility like onsite child care center, paid vouchers or subsidies so that it will not harm their professional life. This report examines the entire possible alternative to encourage their employees and which will result in the best outcome of work productivity.

2. Company background:

This report is prepared for the Mainstream Company located in Burlington, Ma. This is a advertising company, where there are more than 200 people working for them. Today many companies are having increase in employee turnover, absenteeism which has affected the company image and lowered productivity. So Mainstream wants to evaluate to see if providing extra benefit to the employees with young children will help to lower turnover, decrease absenteeism and other work related problem.

3. General research before providing child care facility:

These days Companies are applying the best method of providing employee benefit to their employees so that they can help them in their family and personal life as well like onsite child care facility, fringe benefit and many more. But before applying any plan and strategy company should do some research and survey depending on the company's back ground, its culture and environment and best alternative as need by their employees. So the research and survey from the community will be the best approach to plan accordingly.
