A strategic plan on how to earn an “A” in Strategic Management class

Objectives: To earn an “A” in BU524 Strategic Management

Key Strategies:

1. Be prepared prior to the class

According to the course syllabus, topic is planned for every week as a course outline, I will read textbook before the coming class to be prepared. It will help me understand the lesson and topic and also help me prepare for a pop quiz and I will be able to answer the professor’s questions.

2. Attend every single class

I believe that every lesson, every class is important. . I will not miss any class if I’m not very sick because I think missing class will make me get behind.

3. Pay attention and stay focused for the entire class

I will concentrate and learn from listening to the professor in the class and if I do not understand the material, I will ask the professor about it. I will also try to catch the key points that the professor emphasize.

4. Take notes

I will take class notes as my habit. I will lecture a note to describe thing that the professor says in the class. I will pay attention and lecture the points that the professor emphasizes or thinks they are important because it might not be in the textbook or there might be a good chance that it will be on a test at some point. The professor may say something which is a point that would be a great question on a quiz. My notes will help me concentrate and understand the material better.

5. Do homework and assignment

I will do my homework as soon as possible or as soon as I have time. Because the sooner I am going to do my homework after attending class, I will still have more fresh information on my mind. This will allow me to finish my work in less time. I will avoid homework or assignment or project procrastination.

6. Create study time for review everyday

This will help me understand the subject including help my vocabularies as well. I will reread my note after class and try to fill in any missed out lecture as soo...
