Becoming ONE HILDING ANDERS

The implementation of corporates values as a part of organizational culture. Defining the principle and the behavior of all employees in the group what will translate into the knowing of every worker what is expected.

Defining one model and practice of actions, defining fixed standards of actions should merge and build the unity. It should make the daily work easier and affect positively the atmosphere in the company what consequently will increase the innovation, faster product development matched to the changing needs of the customers.

2. What caused this change? (WHY)

Hilding Anders Polska is one company from the international group Hilding Anders producing beds and mattresses. In 1991 the company had become the largest manufacturer of beds in Scandinavia and as a result it began to look for more opportunities in the European market. The company focused on the acquiring of companies with little experience in global business but with strong local position.

The presence on local markets allowed the company to look at the individual needs of customers while the global structure allowed to share knowledge and experience thereby affecting the greater changes in shorter time.

The factories of Hilding group are located in 30 countries in Europe and Asia.

In 2012 was introduced the new strategic plan with new corporate values which are designed to strengthen the company’s position in bed industry.
