Robert P. Vicchio, in his mentioning, described organizational behaviour as ‘meadow of enquiry, apprehensively, channelled with the scientific study that has to do with the processes of behaviours that can be found in the work setting… which compounded with such topics about employee attitudes, motivation and performance. OB extended its studies to larger organizational and social factors, like, organizational structures and environmental pressures that control the behaviours and attitudes of an individual' (Vicchio, 2006, p.4). OB also appropriates the acquired knowledge about an individual or group of individuals as well as the structure's effect based on behaviour in order to make organizations work more effectively.

In this context, it will be very important to know that the challenges in the aspect of individual or structural behaviour is inevitable and it is also important to know that understanding of these challenges is next to the heart of strategic plans in any organizations. Poor communication

But it happens and throws a big challenge in our society today about those who feel they have risen to a level where every other person under them must work until their last drop of blood without being appreciated. And they are on top over there rubbing their hands together feigningly expecting of those who almost work their lives out, to continue the same way for the same level of pay for many years.
