With so many firms in the quick service industry, low switching costs, similar products, and healthier options, the threat of substitutes is very high. Customer can switch to other food restaurant to replace Mummy’s Express to consume the dining meals.

Bargaining Power of buyers

The bargaining power of buyers in our business is high. Customers demand high quality food and a unique experience, coupled with a reasonable price. Although there are many suppliers of food delivery services such as fast food restaurant but customer still can differentiate us from competitor in terms of uniqueness of product and food delivery method which is through mobile food vending vehicles.

PRODUCT

Mummy’ Express offers variety of local and global choices of food to serve our peple from different races since Malaysia is a multi-ethnic country. We offer delicious and healthy meals and at the same time we have put some effort in creativeness to our meal preparation. Mummy’s express serve the local taste such as nasi lemak, the variety choices of Chinese cuisine, vegetarian cuisine, indian cuisine for the curry lover with all the spice and flavour, and Japanese bento with handmade and deliciously prepared. Furthermore, a modern lifestyle requires extra care in the area of diet and nutrition. After sitting in the office all day, studying in the library all day, or standing on the job all day, the body needs some healthy food so Mummy’s Express serving healthy concern meal for our customers. We also offer vegetarian cuisine to reach more of our customers.
