My Favorite Brand


The brand that I am passionate about is Cold Stone Creamery. One of the reason that I am passionate about Cold Stone Creamery is their premium ice cream which is made with about 12-14 % butter fat. With premium ice cream like cake batter ice cream, sweet cream ice cream, mango ice cream and my favorite banana ice cream, how could someone not fall in love Cold Stone Creamery. All of Cold Stone Creamery Ice cream is made in house with the uses of nature components. They have seasonal ice cream that comes out which makes me want them year round. The second thing that I like about Cold Stone creamery is the numerous topping that they care. You could choose from the numerous topping to create various tastes where you could go months without the same favor. My wife and I have to get a waffle cone just about every week.

The third thing that I like about Cold Stone Creamery is the numerous location. Cold Stone Creamery has 1715 location in the United States alone. Every destination that my family has chosen to go we have been able to enjoy our taste of cold stone ice cream. The franchise has been growing at a fast pace. My family and I go to Myrtle Beach a lot so when there was a second location added we were very happy because most of the time when we visited. The one franchise that they had was always jam pack. I just remember that when I visited my wife when she lived in Tacoma Washington. That I told her that I would like to open up a cold stone creamery in South Carolina. It is still one of my franchises that I am considering to open up.

  Cold Stone Creamery is has built a loyal customer relationship across different groups. One way that they have done so is by their birthday club. At first it started out just for kids under the age of 13. They want to expand their customer involvement so they change how they use their birthday club. They revamp it so that all customers who join their birthday club can receive a free cold stone ice cream of their chose. All before only kids were allowed to when their parent signed them up.

There are two main competitors to cold stone creamery. Baskin-Robbin and Marbles Slab Creamery are the competitors that are trying to gain the most customer loyalty. The reason that I like cold stone creamery over Baskin-Robbin is that they do not have many location in my area and to me their ice cream seem like it came from a grocery store. The reason that Marble Slab Creamery is not my choose is that I have only seen one of their stores in my travels and have not tried their ice cream.
