The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is an annual award that recognizes U.S. organizations in the business, health care, education, and nonprofit sectors for performance excellence. Criteria for Performance Excellence are considered and implemented by Landmark dining.

The seven categories of the criteria are:

Leadership/Strategic Planning/Customer /Measurement/Employee/Process Management/ Results

Vision of Landmark Dining: To be recognized as a best restaurant by giving unique dining experience and quality food

Mission of Landmark Dining: To be the ultimate choice of resultant for society

Leadership

 Leadership is a process of motivating, influencing and directing"others" in the organization to work productively in achieving the organization goal.
