1) The CISG was created to improve business. Please answer these questions about the CISG:

a. What problem did it attempt to solve?

The CISG was created to solve or avoid the problem of losing rights between international enterprises from different countries around the world while dealing with each others

b. How did it solve the problem?

• It control s the transactions between international enterprises

• It defines the roles and responsibilities of the different parties involved

• It acts as a cooperation as it helps the parties while bargaining

• It helps avoiding any deflections between countries in terms of language, cultures, laws, etc.

c. How successful has it been?

It is very successful because makes the international trades and business easier and more reasonable between enterprises and reduces the conflicts might caused by different reasons. Moreover

d. Under what circumstances must the CISG apply to a contract?

If both parties in different countries agreed to use the CISG Law and both countries in which they are operating in are enrolled in the CISG. And nothing mentioned in the contract stating to use anything other than CISG

e. Under what circumstances may the CISG apply to a contract?

If both parties in different countries agrees to use the CISG and there is a business transaction between them
