As a conclusion after the comparison between the two products: Dutch Lady Yoghurt Drink and Nestle Bliss. We found that the Nestle Bliss have the competitive advantages and thus means that they are more competitive and they already create the brand names.

As we can see the comparison between the two products shows that although they have the same price, the promotion of the Nestle Bliss are much more aggressive compare to the Dutch Lady Yoghurt Drink. From the packaging factors, they have their own unique types of packaging, the Nestle Bliss have the packaging of bigger on the top and smaller at the bottom., while on the other hand the Dutch Lady Yoghurt Drink have the slim figure types of bottle.

On the flavor factors, they both have their own different flavors, between both of them somehow the Nestle Bliss have 7 flavors while the Dutch Lady Yoghurt Drink have 4 types of flavor. By the ingredient factor they do have their own unique ingredient, the Dutch Lady Yoghurt Drink focuses on low fat or 0% fat yoghurt drinks that help to keep fit while Nestle bliss helps to improve digestion system.

The availability of the product, Bliss shows that their products are easier to buy compare to the Dutch Lady. And last but not least they both have their own regular re-stocking. And by doing our research we found that the Nestle company have successful in creating their brand names and wins the competitive advantage by being the first mover.
