Tokyo Benihana was originated in 1935 in Japan, in the United States from 1964 to 1972 were opened 15 Benihana restaurants with sales of over $12 million in Japanese restaurants in the United states. Successfully achieved overseas market development and transnational catering management but also created a competitive advantage. All of them benefit from their effective management of operation and management, which deserves our analysis and research.
