1.Arnold Palmer Hospital need to get  patient assesment to health care quality because ,it helps to improve the quality they are losing and its also help for the development of the hospital and that satisfy the staff and the administrators.

        In this case yes ,The patient gets the complete knowledge about the heath of his/her  by the management,where the staff educate the patient by showing flow charts and pareto charts which identifys the few critical items and communicate with patients or clients,so they get a clear idea about what is happening and can judge the health care .

2.I would try to put everything in real time ie., I will allot a ASH account or profile  for every patient or client  and update all the details of the patient  like test results ,medical bills etc .soo , by this patient can easily acess .The feedback system would be better  if it is real time too cause administraters can easily sort which field to be develop and the other idea of mine is to put screens in the ward to demonstrate do’s and dont’s , that may encourage the client and patients and get to know the healthy side too. Arnold Palmer is the best hospital I came to know so far about the quality ,and now these are my views to built more quality in the APH  .

3.There are intresting techniques in APH,those are

TEAM VIEWING :In this the staff /team always moniters the four important factor

1.Service

2.Quality

3.Human Resources

4.Financial Budget  of customer/patient

There are some more important tools to measures and  improve the quality of Management ,those are Check sheets,flowcharts,histograms,statistical process control which help to easily study the process and status of the patient .these helps to educate the patients too.
