My mom always tells me to never let my guard down when it comes to men, even though you expect them to be but they're not perfect. Even though all relationships have some form of duplicity, Relationships should never include betrayal because it can be hard to trust again after deceit is involved and disloyalty can break up relationships.

My ex-boyfriend cheated on me with a friend of mine that stayed with me while I was in my bedroom sleep. I tried to get over it but because it was so hurtful to me, I couldn't deal with it anymore I had to leave him. I felt used, betrayed and like I couldn't be in another relationship.

My brother is a great example of someone who will betray in a relationship. From what I see is that he wants the girl to want him but he also want to do what he wants. He tries to make sure that he knows exactly where his girlfriend is so he can go and meet up another girl.
